Orders may be fulfilled and shipped through third-party fulfillment and shipping partners, including Zambeel. Once products are transferred to the applicable carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's processes and applicable shipping conditions.

الطلب ما يعتبر مقبول بشكل نهائي إلا بعد ما يتم تأكيده من حجازي مارت واستلام ومعالجة الدفع.

إذا ما قدرنا نقبل الطلب، أو احتجنا نعدله أو نلغيه، بنحاول نتواصل معاكم عن طريق الإيميل أو رقم الجوال أو المعلومات اللي قدمتوها وقت الطلب.

المشتريات تخضع لسياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد الموجودة في متجرنا.

جميع المعلومات الشخصية اللي نجمعها من خلال خدماتنا تخضع لـ سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بحجازي مارت.

وبعض المعلومات ممكن تخضع أيضاً لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بـ Shopify.

ويحق لنا تقييد أو منع وصول أي أنظمة آلية إلى خدماتنا إذا كان استخدامها مخالفاً للشروط أو يؤثر على المتجر أو المستخدمين.

القسم 15 - إنهاء الخدمة

يحق لنا إيقاف أو إنهاء وصول أي شخص إلى خدماتنا في أي وقت إذا كان ذلك مسموحاً بموجب القانون أو إذا تم انتهاك شروط الخدمة.

وبعض الأقسام، مثل الملكية الفكرية والخصوصية وإخلاء المسؤولية وحدود المسؤولية والتعويض، تستمر بعد إنهاء الخدمة حسب طبيعتها.

القسم 16 - إخلاء المسؤولية

المعلومات الموجودة في خدماتنا مقدمة لأغراض عامة.

نحاول قدر الإمكان توفير معلومات دقيقة، لكن ما نضمن إن كل المعلومات دائماً كاملة أو خالية من الأخطاء.

الخدمات والمنتجات يتم توفيرها حسب التوفر، وما نضمن إن استخدام الموقع بيكون دائماً بدون انقطاع أو تأخير أو أخطاء.

القسم 17 - حدود المسؤولية

إلى الحد المسموح به قانونياً، ما يكون حجازي مارت أو شركاؤه أو موظفوه أو مزودو الخدمات أو Shopify مسؤولين عن أي خسائر أو أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية ناتجة عن استخدام الخدمات أو المنتجات، باستثناء ما لا يمكن استبعاده بموجب القانون.

القسم 18 - التعويض

أنت توافق على تعويض وحماية حجازي مارت وShopify وشركائنا وموظفينا ومقدمي الخدمات من أي مطالبات أو خسائر أو أضرار تنتج عن مخالفتك لشروط الخدمة أو مخالفتك للقانون أو إساءة استخدامك للخدمات، إلى الحد المسموح به قانونياً.

القسم 19 - قابلية فصل البنود

إذا تم اعتبار أي بند من شروط الخدمة غير قانوني أو غير قابل للتنفيذ، فسيتم تطبيقه إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، ولن يؤثر ذلك على باقي البنود.

القسم 20 - الاتفاق الكامل

شروط الخدمة هذي والسياسات الموجودة في متجرنا تمثل الاتفاق الكامل بينك وبين حجازي مارت بخصوص استخدام الخدمات.

القسم 21 - التنازل أو النقل

ما يجوز لك نقل أو تحويل حقوقك أو التزاماتك بموجب شروط الخدمة بدون موافقة كتابية مسبقة منا.

القسم 22 - القانون المعمول به

تخضع شروط الخدمة هذي للقوانين المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك إلى الحد المسموح به بموجب الأنظمة والقوانين المعمول بها.

القسم 23 - العناوين

العناوين الموجودة في شروط الخدمة هذي وضعت فقط لتسهيل القراءة، وما تؤثر على معنى أو تفسير البنود.

القسم 24 - التغييرات على شروط الخدمة

تقدرون تشوفون أحدث نسخة من شروط الخدمة في أي وقت من خلال هذه الصفحة.

نحتفظ بحقنا في تحديث أو تعديل أو تغيير أي جزء من شروط الخدمة عن طريق نشر التعديلات على موقعنا.

مسؤوليتكم إنكم تراجعون الشروط من وقت لوقت.

استمراركم في استخدام خدماتنا بعد نشر التغييرات يعني موافقتكم على الشروط المعدلة، إلى الحد المسموح به قانونياً.
