Orders: Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example because of stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you will be refunded in full.

Order cancellation: You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us with your order number. There is no charge for cancelling, and prepaid orders are refunded in full by bank transfer within 5 to 10 business days. Once an order has been cancelled, it cannot be reinstated, and a new order must be placed. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, and our Refund Policy applies after delivery.

Prices and payment: All prices are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

Product information: We try to describe and display products accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Shipping and returns: These are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
